When a restaurant serves the best beef products around, and keeps the prices reasonable, it becomes a well-known steakhouse. That's what Richard's Supper Club is. Yet, in addition to steaks, their new menu will have something for every appetite, from seafood to spaghetti. A full salad bar is featured every Tuesday through Sunday. Over and above the menu, featured specials are regularly offered. Here's a sample:
Thursday: All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti with Gnocchis - $7.25
Friday: Richard's Famous Haddock - $7.95
Saturday: 16 oz T-Bone - $16.95, or Prime Rib - $17.95 petite or $19.95 large
Sunday Brunch, 11 – 2 - $9.95 with major sporting events on TV in the bar and dining room.
Before sitting down to your meal, have a cocktail at one of the friendliest bars around. You're likely to meet an old friend, and almost certain to make a new one. Be sure to take advantage of happy hour from 3 –6pm daily. If you're in the mood for a less formal dining experience, Richard's bar even features its own menu, including Philly cheesesteaks for only $6.95.
Richard's Supper Club is just north of Wausau at 5305 N. 32nd Avenue. From Highway 51, use the Brokaw exit. Head west to 32nd Ave., then turn left to Richard's Supper Club, next to the Brokaw Water Tower.
